On Friendship

Friendship...
A beautiful connection with others who you adore, respect and cherish.

Yet what do you do when you grow apart? Friendship takes work like anything else, but what if the motivation to pull a friendship back together is not there? Does that mean that it was never truly as strong as you might have thought? Or is there a time when people just need to grow alone and perhaps you will come together again?

i honor what is, and allow the apartness. there's nothing "to do" when you don't know what to do. wait, and the knowing will come when it's ready.

sometimes it comes from within, pure grace from the fairy godmother. sometimes it comes from the mouth of a loved one, helpful advice that's spot on. sometimes it comes from the words in the song on the radio while your in the changing room with no pants.

    inspiration respects no timeline!
